This place is fantastic. The manager is friendly and helpful. It's very close to a police substation. The facility is always clean.

I would say that the only thing that I found confusing was the numbering system used to enter the property. There should be clearer directions on how to use the pin pad.

When rented for over a year with auto bill on our CC. Always on time with payment. Our CC got compromised and CC company sent us new cards so we had new card numbers. The cards got declined on OCT 31 and we got a notification on NOV 1st. We emailed back and forth as well as called to let them know what happend and that we were going to close unit and will pay up When we come by before our NOV 14th move out date. We show up on Nov 8th and there is a security bolt on our unit. Nobody notified us they were going to do this or we would have taken care of asap. I guess they thought we would stick them with $75 even though we paid them on time for over a year. Of course when we showed up they were long gone. Should have called.

the paperwork part took awhile, but they explained they were having computer issues. It was not a problem at all, we ran other errands and came back.
