I have utilized this storage facility since June, 2019 and have gotten to know the attendants personally, especially Jasmond. She is a work-a-holic and is continually busy helping customers especially since she bends over backwards to assist new customers. She is very thorough and attentive to detail. I have never had an error in my invoicing and she is consistently advising of rate increases before they are billed, as well as advising of the advantages of upgrading to a larger unit, thereby making it easier for me to budget more wisely and get the best space for my dollar. I really appreciate the cleanliness of this facility, well lighted and ample space for parking and loading and unloading. I am happy she is there as Manager, and really appreciate her courtesy and professionalism. She definitely deserves top salary , and know that I have continued renting from you guys because of Jasmond. Thank you for protecting my belongings since 2019!

The couple who own the place were very kind and helpful and let me come back the next day to sign the papers due to running late for an appointment. I have no doubt that the items I'm storing there will be safe and secure.

This place is run by a husband and wife team. I've emailed and called them more than a few times trying to figure out how to move across the country and they have been so polite and helpful. They we're willing to work with me having a pod delivered, etc. They're really great people. Plus, this is cheaper than a lot of the bigger named storage facilities. And it's one level.
