The on-line rental process was quick and efficient. Once I decided to rent a space, I found that this one was the best value and a great centralized location. I applied on-line and in just a few minutes, over breakfast, I had a unit. Boom, mic drop, done. Excellent.

Happy that I found the same unit I was looking for for a lot less money because I called barefoot . Somehow, my account has been set up on auto pay and I do not want it on auto pay. I canﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t figure out where to go into my account and stop that I could use some help.

Reserved a unit on Sparefoot, and within the hour got a call from the storage facility asking what items I was storing to make sure I reserved the right unit for my needs. They recommended I actually move to a smaller unit than I reserved, with a lower price as well, and it was exactly what I needed. They were very professional and hit all the points I was going to ask beforehand. The manager Trey along with all of the others were very kind and made my move in extremely easy and comfortable. Even though it is an hour away from me, I know I chose right because this was the best customer service I've had in a long time, along with the complex being very secure. I would reccomend it to anyone I know.

Wonderful staff, super clean grounds and storage units with easy access. The prices are a bit on the pricey side and I was not offered any move-in specials but other than that I had a better than average experience.

Manager at Extra Space Storage Trey Hayes is one the nicest people you will ever meet. Top of the line Customer Service. He get a 10! Price of unit not so good.

Trey gave the best customer service that I can recall ever! People are likely to remember bad customer service, but this experience is definitely one I won't be forgetting! The distance is a bit far from me, but it was worth it! Very impressed.
