The young gentleman that set me up, did so in minutes. He showed me to my unit and I didn't care for the walk-in. So, he set me up in a drive-up unit that fit my needs. Everything was clean. Your representative was professional in his conduct, very helpful and dedicated to ensuring my experience was positive.

Nice person in the office. However the storage unit dimensions are incorrect and we're paying for something that's a little bit smaller .. I need every bit of space that I'm paying for. It's short a foot deep going in and hopefully all our things fit . Also the unit we reserved was not a pull up it was down the side so contract had to be re-done and we had to pay a little bit more. Make sure to measure your storage space. Not happy with this but I don't have time to try and find another unit right now.. Highly aggravated!! Г°ЕёЛњВ¤

I found it online & reserved it because it is very near our residence. We needed it because we are a bit short on storage space. When we stopped in to pay & get the key it was their lunch hour ( 1-2 pm ) but she didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t seem to mind to take care of us anyway.

Getting set up was very easy. I feel my items are safe & secure

I reserved a storage spot thru SpareFoot. I received confirmation emails from both SpareFoot and the storage facility. On move in day, I showed up, my paperwork was ready, Carol was fantastic, the space was ready and clean and everything was very smooth. I wish I had found both of these companies a year ago!

After renting the space the office staff did not follow through and remove the temporary lock on the unit nor did they show us where the unit was or make sure that it was accessible by truck. When we moved in at 8:00 pm we had to cut the lock off so that we could store our stuff. No phone number for after hours, no response on line, not any real concern about needs after regular office hours. This caused us to spend extra dollars with the moving company waiting on bolt cutters.

A pleasant and speedy experience. Very helpful staff.
