Great facility. Easy to locate and space bigger then I thought it would be.

Jordan and Zulfigar go above and beyond to make sure that move-in is expedient. In fact, I have had such good experiences with them that I just picked up my 4th unit!

representative was helpful and pleasant. Property seems clean. Convenient. Wish the temp was a little cooler in the building because it is humid.

The woman at the front desk was great, showed me a unit, it looked good, the whole property looks well maintained, good price too.

The customer service was amazing. Sheila was very helpful and informative when deciding which unit would best suit my needs.

Should be more up from about initial cost. $16 for a recommend lock and another $20 for the only insurance option that you must have is very high and should be disclosed in the quotes price so that was online.

Can't figure out what the timer is on the outside of the locked inner door. Sign would be nice. Indoor storage is kind of a pain.

Needed a storage facility on no notice due to water damage at home. Staff was friendly, very helpful, and had a space which was perfect for our needs. Simple and painless signup.

I found a great rate on-line and I noticed that prices vary a lot by location within the city. This location is new, nice and less expensive! I reserved a unit for that day on-line, and I received a phone call within 2 minutes verifying my intentions and asking when I would be there. I arrived within the hour, and it could not have been easier to sign up, get access and unload. Rhonda was great!

Staff helpful, friendly and supportive. Clean environment and rates are competitive. Use of carts after hours would be a bonus but we understand.

Rhonda is the best!! We moved in the first week they opened almost a year ago and visited our (4) units every day if not every other day. We had absolutely no problems at all. Rhonda and her staff are always friendly and helpful. The property is clean and well taken care of. You'll always see them making their rounds to ensure everything is up to par. Great experience! We had reserved a unit in advance and were very pleasantly greeted by Rhonda, whom we had spoken to on the phone. Great introduction as to how to gain access. She showed us the unit and we were very surprised how clean everything was. The rental process only took a couple of minutes. The even have restrooms there and are as clean they come. They do a great job of maintaining the place. Conveniently located, very clean place and friendly people. You can't go wrong here!
