Great place at a reasonable price

The service was great! The place is really large and most of the units are indoor. The only downside was that there was one employee working on a Saturday, so I had to wait awhile before I could get checked into my unit.

This Public Storage is a nice facility, clean and well managed. The facility has Technology that allows you to unlock the doors and gates via your smart phone.

I have used this public storage facility at this location before, about 3 years ago, I was very impressed and happy with the service and the employees there, then and now. That was the only reason I went back. I know I passed more than five(5) PS facilities, but I always wind up here. Some of the same familiar faces were there and some new as well, but as a whole very professional and very helpful, never rude. Thanks PS for super customer service.

Kim the lady we delt with was amazing definitely recommend this location.

I was handled with professionalism and care when I arrived at one of the Public Storages nearby. I feel very taken care of, and I have a peace in mind that my belongings will be well-taken care of while I'm waiting to purchase a home.

We had a great experience. We were shown exactly what we asked for, so we rented the space. We will need it for 7 years.

I have been a very satisfied customer until I donated some of the items in my unit and chose to downsize. I then found out that the unit I was paying almost $250 a month to rent, would rent to a new user for almost $100 a month less. You would think the company would reward it long term customers with some kind of thank you in the form of lower rates. The rental price kept climbing over the years. Maybe it will be better to change units every few years instead of staying in one for as long as I did. I originally rented in 2006.

Good, but I don't like the hidden charges. State them in plain words on the website. ($1 move in and $24 fee, Insurance each month, etc).

The people who helped me were all very nice and accommodating. The place is very clean and the security is outstanding, though I would like to see more cameras on the floors.

I called several self-storage facilities and promptly received a phone call from this location. My questions were answered and no pressure was put on me to rent a unit. I scheduled a tour to see the facility. All staff were very welcoming and friendly. Alana gave me the tour and completed all my paperwork, patiently explaining everything. She had a genuine smile throughout the process...quite refreshing to see. The insurance coverage offered by Public Storage is reasonable. I highly recommend this location to anyone seeking storage.

Everything was pretty easy as far as getting the unit and signing the paperwork. The only complaint I have is that, I was told that I had to pay the pro rate by the first but when you call and speak with someone else they inform you that you have to pay it by the date you received your unit. That you get the full month before you pay the pro rate fee. It would be the following month that you have to pay by the first.

I dealt with incredibly nice representatives both on the phone and on site. I had an understandable and simple tour through the facility, and an easy to follow explanation of the code and gate systems. I also got a wonderful deal on my unit, and was pleased to have insurance offered to me in the office. Overall, I would definitely suggest PublicStorage. Especially this location! we sold our home and needed to utilize storage facility prior to moving into our new home. we leased this storage space for 8 months. when we picked up our storage everything was in the same condition as it was when we stored it. we were so happy. there is no evidence of any rodent or any type of pest activity at all. all of our belongings were safe and clean. also the staff was friendly and always helpful and we always felt safe no matter what time we arrived. thank you so much Kim for making our storage experience great.

After signing up for storage at the Avenue K location, I shared my storage plans with the manager. Kim, the manager at Public Storage, gave me great advice and gave me good tips about keeping my electronic gear and fine wood furniture safe from humidity. I appreciate all the help and all the extra time she spent introducing me to the facility. I intend to keep my extra furniture and my extra electronic gear stored away for the next year. I feel confident that Public Storage is the most inexpensive climate controlled solution to storing my valuable extra gear until I finally have room to bring it back into my home next year.

Move in was so easy and Cindy was so great!

My unit is in Plano TX ... Kim did a wonderful job explaining everything and courteous. Very clean the spaces and secure/ I do highly recommend the PS in 2200 Avenue K in Plano TX

You know I like the location cause its close to where I live. I also like the fact that they have inside storage units and not just storage units you have to access outside. The only thing I don't like is the late charge policy.

Not impressive for how services are provided , and money is charged !
