Public Storage - Plano - 3301 W Parker Road

The storage unit is actually bigger/taller than one of the same size at another place, and had a light installed which is a bonus. Unfortunately, the reservation and initial access process was painful. After signing up for an assigned unit, the access code was never provided. We had to arrive onsite, and talk to a service rep via video call at the kiosk to get an access code. Then, once in the gate, the unit was still locked. Again we had to call the rep, who cancelled the original contract and we had to sign a new one for a different unit. Now we had access to a unit. When we came back an hour later, the code no longer worked, so we had to call again. After a few more minutes, we had access and could move on. This was unnecessarily complicated and frustrating, but at least this process only happens once.

Appreciate Starla working with us to choose the correct unit for our needs. We were in/out within 30 min. with keys in hand.

I enjoyed my visit with the store manager she was courteous and personable. The Rental process was quick and fairly painless when we were finished in short order. The facility was easy to locate easy to access and appears to be secure and clean.

I've been renting with Public Storage in California for decades now and I've always been pleased with them. The manager was helpful when I had an issue with my unit in California.

April has been absolutely wonderful. The premises are always clean and very nice looking. April is easy to work with and took care of any issues immediately. Good service is rare these days so her warm customer service was greatly appreciated! I highly recommend the West Plano Parker location!

I liked the fact that I could reserve my space online, then the next day just sign the papers and pick up the key. The Gentleman at the desk was pleasant and professional. My space was clean upon inspection. I like the gated/coded access, both entering and exiting. So far Public Storage has been a pleasant experience.

I asked for the cheapest unit for about 2 months that was driving to CT to get my stuff out of my other Public Storage in Manchester CT and that I was upsizing and finally rejoining my space. She gave me a unit with two doors. I specifically asked if I only needed the one lock she said yes. About 10 to 14 days later I was called by another property manager saying my unit wasn't locked. Well I was furious came up there and it was they just wanted me to spend another 20 dollars to pay for a lock for the other door. I wasn't happy about this at all. Not good service.
