Great service clean property fast service customer service was so helpfully

This is just another storage facility. Nothing special about it. You see on you see them all, however Sally at this location was beyond nice and helpful. The world needs more like her to help customers like me. One thing I will say is the light in my unit has a pull cord to turn off and on. The pull cord is missing. There is no maintenance to fix it and I cannot shut power off to my unit to fix it. It would take 5 minutes and 3 dollars. I will email corporate and see what answers I can get. But having a dark storage unit does me no good.

I moved here after my storage unit up through road more than doubled in price. They have friendly staff and were amazing at answering my questions.

I went in their office May 16, 2020. They were taking sensible precautions to minimize viral transmission, which I greatly appreciate. Nate, the employee that signed me up, was a very friendly family man. He was helpful in every way and made the entire transaction very clear and understandable for me. The property is well maintained and proves to be convenient for my needs. The entire experience has been five star.

Honest 'now days'; is a relative term. Besides the office being closed for business during the time people take off for lunch and conduct personal business - it is simply outstanding! Since I have moved in, I see how hard everyone is working to make sure your customers are happy. Everyone I have met, have been professional and fun. This place is run like fine clockwork, except for lunchtime ;-)

Over all great experience. Did the online reservation. Called ahead to confirm. Went in spoke with the manager, she walked me around the property and showed me the unit and how to use the locks and gates.

This is the best place to store your extra stuff. We rented a 10x10 for over a year. Quiet location, hardly any other renters ever around when we stopped by so loading and unloading was simple. The office will even let you borrow a dolly! Super secure too, gate code and building door codes. Highly recommended this location! if we outgrow our house we will be back!

Excellent very good customer service

When I originally called and scheduled an appointment to look at storage, Nate was extremly professional. I then called an additional 2 times to reschedule. Nate continued to be patient and professional. I ended up renting 'on-the-spot' and expect to have the storage up to 6 months. Thank you so much, Nate!
