The representative name: (Heather) was very courteous and assist with the payment at the Kenox office. Also, the day when I move in the space for my truck, So I stop by the Public Storage office and asked (Heather) can she give me a ride at the transit center downtown Plano, TX. 3500 W. 14th street, Plano, Tx. ** That was so much of a blessing, my prayers are with (Heather) for a better and brighter future of her life and children. The spot turned out to be at a T bone in the complex and made putting the boat in super easy.

Everything is amazing

I really liked the site and the storage facility, in general, due to the cleanliness, ease is pulling up the door to my unit (I am a petite lightweight female and this would have been a deal breaker), the close distance from where I am currently staying, the area Lighting, enough time to safely enter the gate (it might actually allow too much time), and the access hours available to my unit! HOWEVER, The Site Manager, LATASHA, is the Strongest Asset and the Best Selling Point that this location has!!! She is knowledgeable, personable, patient, does not make you feel hurried, professional, and gives much welcome advice on ways to efficiently use your storage unit. Did I mention that Latasha DESERVES a LARGE Raise? Latasha ROCKS!!!

As stated above, Latasha, the site manager was caring, knowledgeable, patient, professional and patient. The facility and unit are just what I wanted. Would definitely refer a friend!!!

Excellent service felt like a valuable customer.

Everything was very easy. From start to finish I spoke directly with Jennifer and she was wonderful. She was very friendly and gave me a tour and explained everything to me. I had my 2yr old with me and she even gave him colors and paper to keep him occupied while I signed my documents. Great experience!

Great customer service & very efficient

I had rented from this storage facility last year for about six months. I selected the facility via research online based on the location being convenient, the rental rates being competitive and the amenities. When I had a need occur again this year, I didn't think twice about what facility to use and contacted this facility for availability. The manager was especially helpful and accommodated my requests for preferred location of storage unit. I appreciate the online account management features and the ease of accessing my unit.

The staff was friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. Sheila Drew took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I got the perfect sized storage for my stuff. I would absolutely go back!

We did everything online so that when we arrived it would be extremely easy. The over all price for the first month with the admin fee and the lock ect was not explained when I registered online, so really the first month free wasn't free. The manager was off site and due to return 5 min prior to closing but wound up showing up 20 min prior to and we felt rushed through as she needed to leave to pick up her kids early. She did not give us the unit she originally showed us, through speeding through everything she inputted the wrong info, but it did work out to a unit closer to the door. Would have liked the ability to have a dolly to use to move items as other storage facilities did have those for customer use, but we managed. Thought the price for the unit was a little high, but since it was last minute, we didn't have a choice as the other storage facilities we had checked into earlier in the day had already closed. May not stay too long at this one, will wait and see.

The staff is very helpful, polite, and friendly. I had a great experience with the service. I rented a 5x5 unit, and I wish there was a cart to load my items (instead of making trips back to my car), and also it would be easier if we don't have to get down from the car to key in access code at the gate. I have seen other storage facilities where the access code is by your car window (like a drive through). Other than that, I have a great experience, and the price is good for what I needed.

The easiest experience in a while the woman who helped me was very pleasant and has great PR and genuinely seemed to care about her customers ..very thankful for someone like her in a very hectic time in my life

Excellent service, & the guys worked quickly to get paperwork done. Everything worked out great, but I wish there had been enough room to park the moving truck at the gate instead of down the street.
