I reserved my unit online and came into the facility to finish the paperwork. It was a very easy process and was in out in 5 minutes.

The entire staff at this Tennyson location are wonderful. If there is a problem, they fix it and they really care about your experience and treat you like a real person..

I will recommend this facility to all my friends and family. Very Clean, Quick rental procedure, and easy access.

Customer Service is great. My only not so good view is that there is only one ramp entrance into the facility. It hasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t been an issue for me, as of yet. The security of the facility make sure up for that though!

This facility is very clean and the front desk associate was very helpful. This was my 1st time using Public Storage.

So far, I have had a wonderful experience renting a storage unit from this location. I received satisfactory customer service and have had no issues with the building or my storage unit. To make it even better, I was able to rent a storage unit twice the size of my old unit for less than I was paying for the smaller unit. More space and saving money, I cannot complain. Highly recommended.

Facility was spotless. Employees on site were pleasant and knowledgeable. Obtained a storage locker quickly. Hand carts were available for use.

Very friendly manager. The facilities are very well kept and very secure. Lots of equipment to help you move in. Terrific price.

Beautiful, new location. Staff is very courteous. Temperature controlled storage. I got a 5 X 10 unit & it's exactly what I needed to store my extra seasonal decor. Very clean & has a map to find your unit. They have palette type things that roll, you can use them to load up your boxes and easily take them to your unit or car.

Easy to reserve online. Staff was great while checking in. Location itself is easy to access but closes too early, it'd be nice to have access a bit later than 9pm, maybe until 10 or 11

New facility

I was a little thrown when I found out after I arrived at the location that a lock has to be purchased instead of using my own lock. And that I have to purchase insurance from you as part of my monthly fees. None of this is listed on the website where your online special is listed for $1. Just like the admin fees are listed for $24, you should also list the info about the insurance and the lock costs.

Great experience from reserving online through signing for the unit. I must say the only issue I have is the fact that you MUST insure your items in storage. the least monthly amount is 11.00 per month. This seems to be a lot just to store items. Plus this was not mentioned anywhere I found until I was doing the paperwork. One should have the choice to insure ones property or not to insure it. It did not set well with me since I was being forced to insure stuff I really do not care to insure.

I would give a five star if I wasn't informed the cylinder lock before my move in. It caught me cold handed. It was a quality lock but an option not given while I am ready to move in. If it can be stated on the website .org by a staff it would not affect my very positive experience with public storage.

Oh my gosh!!!!! I LOVE MY PUBLIC STORAGE!!!! The location is new, clean, safe, climate controlled, organized, it is all I expect when protecting my families valuables! The staff is knowledgeable and friendly I was extremely impressed.
