There is no freight elevator. They don't post lunch break hours, but locked the door during lunch anyway and said I had to wait.

Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s decent for the price and location but the new hours is horrible. Youﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢re rushed to unload before 9 then you canﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t access 24hrs like advertised.

I moved to this location because the price was good, I had to b out of my old storage unit by the 25th of April but the 2nd DSY of moving in on a Sunday the entrance was locked with a chain, no entry, I had paid guys to come help me and now we have 2 trucks full of my things and nowhere to put them, there was no emergency person to call? No after hours assistance. This was unbelievably inconvenient and no one I spoke to Sunday could help or cared!!! I need to bbcompensated for my troubles and the guys I had helping me, I ended up having to keep my other unit because I work all day SND the chain gets put on when the employees leave at 6pm

Both doors at storage unit are broken. One of the doors that is broken is up, anyone could break into units. Horrible customer service start to finish
