I had to rent a space quick to store some leftover material from a project. The young lady that helped me was very professional, nice and helpful. I can't remember her name but she took care of me and made everything work out. My guy's were already on their way with a load of materials and she had the paperwork and space ready so they didn't have to wait at all. Very pleased!!

Dana was nice and helpful in getting me a unit. She explained her procedure for nightly walks and making sure the property is secure.

Great customer service at a nice facility. My only complaint is that for a "climate controlled " facility, it was so hot moving into the unit it was unbearable. Concerns me that anything capable of melting, will. For example makeup or candles. Things of that nature do not stand a chance.

Mrs. Dana is amazing and has helped to make my experience renting a storage unit easy and convenient and I've been with them for almost 2 years now.

Dana was REALLY great! I have mobility problems, and she made sure that I was able to get out to see the space, and had access to a chair so I didn't have to stand throughout the registration process. She did a great job of going over the "rules and regulations", explaining the options that I had and making sure that I I didn't miss out on an opportunity for a discount. This facility has all sorts of odd size spaces; it's a great place to go to find that "one on a kind" storage space that will fit your needs.

Dana was great to work with. As a first time storage customer, she patiently explained everything and answered all my questions. She definitely is a great representative for your organization. She knew we were on a tight schedule and had us set up with our rental unit in no time. Wonderful overall.

Very easy to reserve, prompt call back and emails. Very organized. Amber did a great job explaining the lease and all paperwork. You do buy the special lock there that is yours to keep when you vacate and it comes with three keys. I'm okay with that. Insurance is required and you can get an affordable plan there, or have your own and provide proof. I dragged my feet on reserving a unit in the size I wanted and missed out on the $1.00 rate the first month. I got 50% off the first month. I'll remember to snap a unit up earlier for next summer. Sure, there are costs associated with renting storage units, but the facility was clean, well maintained, staff excellent, and the peace of mind of having a place for dorm stuff over the summer is worth it. And others I've known who rent there are very happy!

I've had some not so great experiences with storage in the past. But Dana was awesome! Very professional. Great experience. I would definitely refer friends and family.

This is a nice, out of the way storage unit and we got a great rate due to the Labor Day promotion they had going on. We couldn't be happier.

My unit is outside the fence and more susceptible to break-ins. Security cameras might help catch thieves who choose to rob you.
