I like Public Storage because it also Gated and in safety community I like to continue and it is Exceptional Self Storage Experience! I like to the service you bring and offer also which is why I like to continue my storage here at Public Storage.

Great onsite manager. She called right away to check in and see what time we wanted to come by to set everything up. I would give 5 stars but, the on-site dollies (that are noted as available for free onsite use, and I was told there is one on each building) are nowhere to be found. I was told I could go to the building next door and use it but there was not one. I walked the property to 4 different buildings and did not find one.

You asked for honest you're going to get honest. I think charging an admin fee is charging double because you're paying that young lady that sits at the desk she and I put the information in the computer not someone else no way everything was put in by me and her and unless you're not paying her anything at all and that's all you're paying her is the admin fee then you're a cheapskate cuz she's working for basically nothing so either way you lose that's the one thing that I'm very disappointed about. I will tell you that I have used public storage several different times but this may be the very last time I ever use public storage again because of thought about it and I thought about it and I think it's wrong you just found another way that you think you can charge people for whatever, and it will be accepted. Guess what it's not!!!!

The promotion price advertised online is not the price you pay. The website states $1 first month, then when you make a reservation it changes it to 50% off and then it sends you an email for full price. False advertising!
