The first unit I was assigned had rat droppings on the floor and on the waist high electric box which was in the unit. The rat droppings were also running down the wall from another electrical box located higher (at the ceiling). They did allow me to move to a different unit. Please note*** You are now required to have insurance on the unit which is an additional $15 a month. Maybe that will cover what the rats eat.
