This Cubesmart didn't recognize my reservation (through Sparefoot) and problems getting the gate to open. Both were blamed on computer problems. Thank the Lord it wasn't after hours or who knows if I would have gained access. Maybe get a new computer?! Next, I had to purchase their insurance on my trailer even though I already have coverage through my auto policy. To cancel future insurance charges, sending my insurances declarations page to an email address declining future Cubesmart coverage is now another inconvenience

We are preparing to sell our house and needed a clean, secure place to keep items that we are removing to "stage" the house. We picked this location because it is close but glad we did because we've been treated very well by the managers. We even moved out of a location that is the same size but is almost $50 more. We've had that one for several years and the rent just kept increasing to a ridiculous amount.
