Ray was awesome! He called me the day I reserved my unit to make sure I didn't have any issues, and was accommodating the day I arrived to pay for the unit. He was helpful and made sure I got acquainted with the premise.

I needed storage units for an emergency move and found CubeSmart Storage on-line. The prices were exactly what I could afford especially for the size, security, and climate control. The customer service was outstanding. I ended up needing two additional units, so I went back on-line ordered them. I went back and she was already waiting for me. I did not have to wait for her to find my reservation. She did not need my confirmation that I had purchased them on-line. I got the discounts I was promised on-line. Also, I was late getting the lock to my unit and my brother had already put our things in the storage. She called me to let me know that I did not have a lock on my unit. That let me know that she was not just sitting at the front desk, but she was actually walking thru the buildings to check to see that all of the units are safe and the area is clean. Truly thankful for CubeSmart.

All was good with one exception. I do not like paying for the insurance which your company requires. Seems to me to be a waste of $. It will be the deciding factor for moving when I find a facility without it.

Every time I need a storage I go back to this location. Easy process and best value. Very friendly and professional staff.

Computer was down. The employees on site were not knowledgeable about : What the units looked like Where they were located How to enter the gate codes Did not offer me the best price. It took too long about 2 hours to rent one unit. Thanks Louie
