Good price, Jimmy is super friendly and helpful. Used sparefoot to find the unit and price. It was really easy. All docs were online and easy to complete. Jimmy called me to let me know my unit was ready before I even finished the paperwork. It was incredibly efficient.

I found some nails in front of storage that will damage vehicle tyer, other than this every thing is fine.

No light inside unit and door to access units has no door stop to keep it open while moving. Also, thereﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s a urine odor as you walk in

Picked this facility for its convenient location. Super clean storage area and the staff were friendly and even offered helpful advice. Wish they had move-in equipment for tenant use but they said people kept stealing them.

Easy access and a large facility

It was really easy to set up my account with them in the office and I got good directions to my unit. When I opened it, the unit was clean and in good condition. Very happy with the service.

The facility is nice and I chose it because of the pricing. However the insurance monthly is really expensive and it kind of defeats the cheaper pricing. Everyone was really nice there!

I walked in and they greeted me as they assisted other customers. When waited on He was very polite, discussed the unit I booked and drove me around to view the unit...it was too small. The only feedback I could give that really kept me from giving a 5 Star is that I wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t shown a breakdown of the fees, Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢d have liked them to explain that a little more, plus to go over what type of insurance coverage, etc.. and also to have been taken to the unit.. otherwise I was wondering around a building unable to find it on my own for a second.

We have used an Uncle Bob's three times now and they are consistently great. We not only used them twice in Texas but also in North Carolina. They must give great training on how to deliver great customer service.

After going on-line to reserve a storage unit, I showed up later to check in and to my surprise, all of my paperwork was ready. The rates are very reasonable and affordable. Michelle, the lady who checked me In, was very friendly and knowledgeable, and took her time expexplaining how everything works. She took me to my storage unit and made sure I understood how the entry and lock worked. It was so easy!! I would definitely recommend Uncle Bob's Storage to everyone!!

Spacing between a rows is larger than most other places making it easier to unload

Outside of requiring insurance and having no access to print or email data to them to forgo the insurance, all was well.

I would definitely recommend this storage unit company to everyone. I rarely experience pleasant customer service these days but at Uncle Bob's it was remarkable. Mr. Jimmy was thorough with expectations of the company and myself. He went the extra mile to show me how everything works. It was quite a visit. I wish every company would have quality employees that appreciate each customer that inquiries about their storage units. I am well pleased! :)

Overall my initial visit/ tour of the facility was thorough from how to enter the gate to how to exit. Mr. Jimmy was knowledgeable, helpful, and sincere. I would definitely recommend this location to others. The remarkable customer service is what sold me on this location.

I was appalled by the level of professionalism and customer service. I was asked to wait an additional 25 minutes after having already waited 10 minutes for a service representative to show up to the front desk so he can assist individuals who were returning a truck. If it was a return the keys and go I completely understand but I waited as rain fell on my furniture 25 minutes as he inspected the truck, took milage, and filled out additional paper work and accepted payment. I had previously reserved my unit online and had arrived more than 5 minutes prior to those individuals with the truck. Furthermore I stood there in disbelief as this assistant manager swept out my unit preventing me further from getting my items out of the rain. Why was this not done after the unit was vacated.

JT took my my husband out to view the space prior to the completion of our agreement even though we were definitely taking the unit. Thank you JT. Uncle Bobs has treated us very well. They offered us their moving truck free of charge to move in. They have fair prices and the grounds are very clean and safe (There's cop cars parked all over the place). The manager who lives on the grounds was very helpfull.

The booking process was fast, and super easy. When I came to sign for my unit they let me look at it before signing anything to see if I wanted a larger size. I showed pictures of what I have to the manager and she said I should be fine with the size I have which saved me money! Always a plus in my book! They have very reasonable times that you can come and go 6am-10pm. You have to provide your own lock but they make sure it is secure enough. They are very friendly and helpful.

The only reason I rated the security a "3" is because the gate says only one vehicle is timed to enter at a time, and it's obviously not so, since Myself, my husband in the truck behind me and another person made it across :( Otherwise, everything was great, the staff was super knowledgeable (advised me to remove my shrink wrap for a non-climate controlled unit!) helped me upgrade to a different size, and allowed me to use their dolly! Super super nice people at this site!

I've used several storage facilities over the years, and I have to say Uncle Bob's in Round Rock is by far the best in cleanliness of the property, value, security and customer service. The manager and other staff went above and beyond to get me moved in. I would most definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a storage unit!

Super nice front-office peeps. I rented a climate-controlled unit. Very clean and safe. Great alternative for apartment living with limited space.

The staff was very polite and I really like how the managers live on site. They make you feel comfortable and safe with leaving your things somewhere other than your home.

They have on-site management, a HUGE lighted lot, and law enforcement parks cars there, so they have law enforcement around frequently. I feel very safe having my excess stuff here.
