It's hassle free move in. Lance, the managing supervisor for life storage on site between McNeil and FM 620 is a very difficult person to work with. I've tried twice renting a parking space there and I was denied due to minor issues. His assumptions always ruins the experience. His errors are not reimbursed for additional charges and no apologies for making the mistake. I'm just done dealing with his harsh controlling personality. Never will I rent a space from that location in the future.

Everything about this Life Storage facility is just fantastic! Cleanliness is top notch - it's like brand new everyday! Price is great - 1st month special only $1!! And the staff in the office and their customer service - let's just say Tracy and John made our first day check-in a breeze! They were extremely helpful and courteous! I would highly recommend Life Storage!

This is all ground floor units, some with outside drive up access, and some with climate controlled inside access. The garage door openings even on the small indoor spaces is a great plus so you can easily see and access your stuff. It is clean, well lit, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Price was very good.

When faced with a sudden move, I was overwhelmed. I am a single mother of two boys, and to be honest, I was ready to pull my hair out. The staff at Uncle Bob's was wonderful. I had my unit, and the keys to the moving truck in less than 20 minutes. The staff was able to assist me with every detail, from the size of the needed unit to the number of boxes I would need. I couldn't be more happy with this experience.

Working with Uncle Bob's was great! We moved in on Sunday so even though their office was closed after 4 we were able to gain access to our unit. They helped us reserve a truck from a sister facility and were very attentive to our needs. It was very easy to speak with a representative when we called to coordinate!

Needed a place to store both completed and yet-to-be-done furniture projects (I refinish/re-style/paint, etc. antique and vintage furniture). Researched A LOT and, with the help of James at Spare Foot (who was not only extremely helpful to this first-time-storage-unit-renter but also a joy to work with!) , I found this location and unit to be the best combination of price, security for my stuff, safety for me (coming and going by myself), and quality amenities. Valerie (on site) was also very knowledgeable and efficient - and just a really nice lady, too! Just moved in to my 5x10 climate controlled unit and could not be happier - Thanks to all who made it so!
