Face to face with Zeke at the Round Rock, Texas site, was a much easier approach than the Publicstorage web site. Though the website was a good start, it didn't provide the info/data I needed to make a logical decision on my rental. Zeke was a "super star", very knowledgeable and fell all over himself to find the unit I needed. I think Publicstorage should move Zeke into a management role. I had 3 units at the Round Rock facility for four years about ten years ago, and it appears improvements have been made. One suggestion: Publicstorage should offer military rates, and senior citizen rates. It would really help out some of us who have served and now live on fixed incomes. None the less, so far, very positive feelings toward PS.
