Rented a covered space to temporarily store my rv. The kiosk would not work and had to call customer support which added another 15 minutes to get in. Space was dirty and had old used bricks that I had to move. The rv behind mine was 7ﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ over the line impeding my space. No visible security other than a few cameras. Be careful. Never again.

I had some trouble initially with the 800 number customer support line but it was rectified by Renoldo through the online SpareBox Customer Support. Once he assured me that everything was in order with the promotional price, I felt relieved. Super easy process and a great value. The place is very well maintained.

This is a bitter-sweet review, I reserved a 12.5x40 covered outdoor rv unit for my 40ft. RV. Did everything online as they do make it nice and easy to setup and reserve online. Maybe it was partially my fault for not paying the facility a visit beforehand, but I felt very confident that our reserved spot was just what we needed being I rented a spot for an "RV". Upon our arrival with our RV we drove up to the unit and quickly noticed the 12x40 unit only had 8ft. ceilings. Obviously, this was not going to work so I quickly called the locations phone number to be told they have zero units available with higher ceilings. At this point I'm stuck with nowhere to park my rv. The person on the phone obviously didn't know the difference between an RV and a Camper Trailer which was frustrating trying explain why it won't fit. I asked about availability at their other Square Box Location less than two miles from this location and she argued that they only have one location in that area which infuriated me. After hanging up, calming down, and calling back, they were finally able to find me an uncovered parking spot (for more money). Point of this review, those looking for a facility for their RV, please call and verify dimensions regardless of what is says you're getting online so you're not stuck in the same situation as me.

Been renting for almost 10 years. New tenants get the “deal” while my rates keep going up. I recommended the facility to a friend. He’s paying $169/month for the next year. I’ve been there 10 years and just got notification that my new rate is going up to $212/month. 25% more than a new tenant.

Happy with facility, but it needs a local phone #. Recently I notice water flowing out the back of one building in Property #94, but could only call the out of country number to report.

Unfortunately there is oil in several places within the space from the previous person.

I rent 2 units, and the place is generally clean and nice, but there is never any one on site to take care of any issues such as power going out. You are NOT able to talk to any local people. I would not recommend this place,
