I booked everything online, sight unseen, so I was a little nervous about the facility. Turns out to be a nice layout, secure, with helpful staff. Pricing is pretty high, but reasonable for the San Antonio area. In other words, storage costs are high in the area, but AAA Sentry is decently priced and a good relative value for the square footage.

We needed storage space and checked online for a place to use. SEDEntary was perfect. Priced fairly, friendly staff, and easy access.

I was able to rent it the same day I requested it. I do not like that you have to be out by 9 pm or you'll get locked in. I work days and go to school nights, so with these hours weekends are the only time I can go. Also, my 5x10 unit is definitely Not 5x10.. luckily, I made everything fit anyway.

We researched a number of facilities and found AAA Sentry was exactly what we needed. They have been easy to deal with, friendly and honest. Very clean and they have a great security system. With that said, we found this facility through an online website that takes reservations for a number of facilities. They will rent you a unit and give you a confirmation number. Unfortunately they don't confirm this with the renting facility. When we contacted AAA we were informed that they didn't have a reservation for us nor the size we needed. They accommodated us with the space we needed at the price we were quoted. (thank you!!) So, if you go thru a reservation website other than theirs please call them directly to confirm so there are no surprises.

Very clean and great service. Directions for someone from out of town were confusing. map on site looked like u could get there from the north, but not so. You must approach from the south. To figure this out took about a half hour of turning around and driving around. Once I got there it was great. Couldn't of been nicer experience. Price is better than the norm as well.

I'm apprehensive of any high value items that aren't on my propoperty, and this storage facility is close to my house. I checked out Robert M.'s allegation, and found it totally wrong on the days I was there and to be unfounded. All cameras were working and in plain in sight. Besides if my unit had been broken into that many times as he has claimed I would not have stayed there. The staff is very courteous, and will work with you if you have odd requests, they are top notch in coustomer service, they deserve the 5 star rating.

This place is a joke. The security camera's dont even work. I have had my travel trailer broken into 3 times over the last 6 months. They have not done anything to make it a better place. If you dont value your items, then this is the perfect place for you.
