As a first time storage facility user, I had a pleasant experience with the manager. I received a great price for the unit itself from Spare Foot. My only negative comment is that this facility requires you purchase their monthly insurances on top of purchasing a specific lock to lock your actual unit. This may be the same for every facility, I just think itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s kind of not right that they say youﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢re not able to find/use your own insurance if you so choose.

We got to the office a few minutes before closing to a locked door, I called the office but there was no answer. A few moments later I get a call back from the manager apologizing, stating that he was with a customer and asked if I would like to head back since I had already left. I let him know it would take me about 20 minutes to get back and I knew that they had closed already but he said he would wait! We went back filled out paperwork, saw our spot and left by about 7. Customer service was great, we got what we needed and left happy
