We had awful experience with accessing elevator (code or timing issues) and supposed 24-hr customer service was no help. Trying to resolve with Mgmt and so far not to our satisfaction

We switched to HOS because their rates are 30% cheaper than at our previous storage facility. Our space is lighted, also, which we didn't have before. A great decision overall!
