The only thing I'm gonna say is that I had only one problem. There was the problem with the 24/7 access it didn't say that it was only for business or else I would not have paid the extra.

They do need to make sure to explain the 24 hr access online and that's it's only for business. They got me on that one, but she is trying to help me to get my discount or something.

Helped w/kindness, she was very helpful. She was very communicative. I was having a bad day when it walked in. But when left she picked up my spirit & changed my entire day from it going bad to a good day. Because of her energy, attitude, understanding, kept good, conversations going with laughs & smiles..
