Violet was very sweet, professional yet left room to laugh with me, friendly, and accommodating with rental process. I arrived at the facility and it was easy to come in and out of with the specific instructions she gave me as to where my unit was located. There’s also rolling carts throughout the facility that are free of charge to use which made it easy to unload my items to then just wheel to the unit. The only difficulty I had came from my inability to read the specific one-line instructions on the keypad; not because the instructions weren’t clear or the screen wasn’t visible but because I was going too fast and not reading the one line of instructions it gave me ?. Too often we go around blaming people or places for our difficulties and can fail to see our part in the matter so I wanted to share that. The rates are great, location is easy to get to, and they met need for a climate control unit. I definitely would recommend this facility to friends and family looking for storage needs. Thank you for a great experience.

This process was one of the easiest to accomplish. Did the paperwork via the web and two hours later I was moving stuff into my unit. Would have been sooner but I had things to do. Great job life storage!

This storage unit was very easy to work with. Everything was online. We were able to setup our account and get into our unit immediately. Use of the carts were helpful And plenty to share with others that were moving in also. Only thing I would say was negative is that parking was tight with our big trailer. We made it work though.

Easy to move in, nice climate-controlled storage. No complaints. Just remember 2 things: (1) You will be paying for a lock ($14.95) at this facility. A special lock is the only type that works there. (2) If you have insurance (Homeowners), bring the paperwork showing you have insurance for off-site storage. Or you will be paying at least $10/month for their insurance. I was lucky and had my company fax the information to them. Otherwise, no issues, nice secure area.

Nice facility with very helpful staff! Security is very good due to the type of locks required on the units (which you'll most likely need to purchase on site since it's like the ones used on soda machines). The location itself can be a little inconvenient to get in/out of since it's a very busy area of Tezel Rd, but that's not within the management's control - just helpful information to know.
