Only complaint. The storage unit does not have a smooth flat entrance. Should have been told up front. Moving into the storage room caused excessive lifting over the threshold when we should have been able to roll everything in. Therefore I don't agree with the price compared to a same size unit with easier access

When I moved back to San Antonio I needed storage to put my stuff until my grandmother's house was ready- So I used same storage as before, alI was good & friendly these past years, until recently. The ladies have been rude & disrespecting in bad manner. As though their mad at me for sum reason.
