Online representative was very knowledgeable and took the time to ask the right questions to help me determine the correct size unit needed. The price was excellent. The on-site representative processed my reservation in less than 5 minutes and escorted me upstairs to inspect unit. Excellent representatives and facility. Definitely pleased.

Great experience less 1 thing. The only part I didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t like was the surprise $14/month required for insurance that I hadnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t counted on, or seen disclosed on any of the price estimates.
