Public Storage - Helotes - 12260 Bandera Road

The person who helped me via video was very nice. The storage area was mostly empty but appears to have iron parts stored above the unit.

I would have to say that if there was any negative issues to include would be the locking system. The storage door only has the cylinder insert lock provided by the facility. There is no other way to lock your unit. No secondary pad lock location or availability. This means that the office must have access to your unit. With no other way to lock you out in event of noon payment or other disputes other than gate access. I'm really not the most comfortable with this. However there's always the option of other facilities near by. So far I have no complaints. It's clean easy access with plenty of room to move around.

Was pleased with the ease of reserving a unit online. Property manager Mary Ann was very cordial and helpful.

Excellent service from start to finish of accession. Great response when help needed. Ease of accessibility is excellent. Will recommend to any one.

It was so easy to reserve our unit online and then go talk to the manager to finalize the paperwork in the office. The office manager was great! She made us feel welcomed and she was so excited when we told her we were taking the unit. She even called us to follow up to our appointment after we reserved it online. The manager was great!

Great friendly customer service and easy quick process.

Office representative did a great job explaining process and doing tour of establishment to see available units of various sizes and upsold offer of much needed materials for move. Great and friendly service. Well done!

Concerned didn't get right size unit. Staff incredibly friendly and helpful making sure my storage needs were taken care of.

On-line reservation and check-in the next day were easy and flawless. The unit was clean and easily accessible from the outside. No complaints and similar to my experiences with Public Storage in other locations.

Staff was very professional and helpful, facility was immaculate, storage unit I rented was spotless. Good security: key codes on both gate and interior storage. Only compliant was a lack of carts to haul items from vehicle to unit. Highly recommended!
