Checking in was very fast and the facilities are very clean. Customer service is great and move in didn't take long.

I was unable to move in on the move in date I paid for because my storage unit was locked even though I called to make sure it would be unlocked. There was no customer service person to call, so I had to take my Uhaul full of things to my house and pay a fee for returning it with extra miles. When I did eventually move in there were NO DOLLYS OR CARTS at the facility and I had to take everything one by one myself.

The new property manager Kathye was helpful and understanding. She had put my worries to rest; with the recent company take over,, Pu blic Storage. The information kathye had shared I had no problem with signing the new rental agreement and staying on.
