I was in a hurry to move my 1st storage doubled its price so did my 2nd one. When I got the price of this unit I was like itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s gonna go up. Nope it sure didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t trying to move a 1 bedroom apartment in 3 days with everything going wrong on a very small budget was difficult this place was stress release thank youﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ll for haveing affordable prices & not charging extra for things that are suppose to come with the unit

Customer service was excellent. She explained every thing I needed to know about renting the storage unit & was very convenient to buy a lock for my storage & didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t have to go looking for one. Everything I needed was provided.

Made an appointment to go in and get things set up. Was really quick all was ready to go in less than 20 mins!!!

Easy reservation, easy check in, phone activated gates!!! The entire process was painless and easy!

This was the 1st time using a self-storage location, and I was impressed. The employees were very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Very thorough to process the paperwork, explain how it all works, gave helpful hints, all with a friendly smile. Answered all questions and concerns I had. Would highly recommend this location to anyone.

Just moved in but great so far

It was easy finding my unit, and it was actually very spacious. I was able to fit my mattress, box spring, bed railings, two small couches, and tons of boxes, a desk, and a tv table.

Very quiet , great customer service she was very detailed and professional.

Our experience was smooth and free of problems. We were treated in a friendly, yet professional manner by the manager. Also we were able to set up our auto-pay relatively quickly. The only issue we encountered is that we had -- based on our reservation -- been promised a price and promotion that apparently was in error. We had requested an outdoor parking space for a certain price. Upon arrival at the location, we were told that we had reserved an interior storage unit, instead of a parking space outdoors. However, everything was resolved and we are content with the results. The only suggestion I can offer is that you could arrange for a mail dropbox with the United States Postal Service. This would be a helpful amenity for the clients. Thanks!

Management was amazing helping pick the right size and prices were the lowest out of over 5 different places in the same area.Cant say enough about this place its clean and so friendly,definatly recommend this storage to all my friends and family??

I was pressured into buying 1 month's insurance coverage which I didn't need. No matter how positive the rest of my experience is, that makes me mad.

Tina called me immediately when they opened to verify my online reservation for a unit. Upon arriving she made everything very easy and had me set up within a few minutes. I'd highly recommend this place based on great customer service alone! The complex is easily accessible off the highway and I had no problems maneuvering a box truck around there.

I've been with Public Storage for years. Hilda and Tina are always nice and friendly and are always willing to help me out and answer my questions when need be. Very good customer service at this location. I highly recommend this place. It's convenient....right off 35 Notth.

Moving sucks!!! It does. However, in a day and age where friendliness and customer service is lacking, the experience I had at your facility made up for the hardships of moving. Are you the cheapest? No. But the prices are average. Is your facility the newest? No. But it's a storage building; not a luxury resort. What made the difference is walking in to two women who were nice, funny, knowledgable, and actually listened to me. What a difference customer service makes!!!! Overall, if highly recommend praise and commendation to the two women that helped me that day. To not do so is a grave mistake. God Bless Joshua Nelson

Great service and great prices. I would recommend to anyone looking for a storage solution.

The overall service is great, but would have been better if I am allowed to use my keys rather than pay over $20 for a key that I have to return after my lease.

This is the first time I am rental at this location. I have never rented a storage the property managers where ok not the best to talk and communicate with was never told about any other specials or even if I would need a bigger one had to do my own research for it and even upgraded the next day to one 3x the size. And this location had to dumpster witch would have could have been very useful

Friendly, courteous and a overall great attitude is what I experienced when dealing with Hilga. Helped me find the right storage for my needs.

I have been treated very well by the manager Hilda. I have been here a long time, almost 11 years. There have been no rewards for being a long time customer.
