It really has become a seamless process, almost everything can be completed online unless you use your own homeowners insurance and waive the insurance offered. We also enjoy the feature of using the app to entry the gate and not have to jump out of the car to hit the code. The two times I have got a unit the manager Marie has been outstanding customer service wise which is appreciated more than most believe.

I initially came to rent a 4x6 unit but after Michael explained the awkwardness and difficulty to access he convinced me to get a 5x10 for only $2 more a month. He was friendly and answered all of my questions. My ONLY complaint, and that seems to be across all Self Storage locations, is the humps in the driveway areas along the outside units! What is the purpose of these?! Anyway I am VERY satisfied with this unit as it suits all of my needs. I may upgrade to a larger size one day.

The service was amazing, I registered on line and received a call the same day from Jennifer. She called to confirm the registration and to see if we had any inquiries. I informed her that we would be stopping in on Friday evening after work and once again very friendly explaining the check in process. Friday arrived and upon our arrive we met Jennifer, she recalled us and was extremely helpful. Thank you!

4 stars since the carts/dollies aren't available the hours the storage is open for use. If we could be provided with a code/key to access them, it'd be way more convenient.

Customer Service was great. Space was clean. I didn't understand why it was mandatory that I pay for a lock I will never use again. I had my own lock. That's really the only problem I had. I didn't like shelling out money for something that will be worth nothing to me in two months time.

The young lady that helped me get a locker was very pleasant and helpful. I got a small locker for some tools that I just don't use that often in my day to day work so a locker will help in protecting them from the elements.

After visiting several storage facilities in the immediate area, I found this Public Storage to be the closest to my apartment and found the customer service person to be very helpful. Her name is Jennifer and she answered all of my questions very patiently. The storage facility was clean and the size that I needed. I would recommend them to anyone needing a storage unit.
