Manager on-site was nice. I dont need alot of space and she did not try to over sale me. Much appreciated.

The manager Michelle was great. She made things so easy especially when I had to get a second unit. The only thing I wish is that the gate hours were extended past 9pm.

Shannon was an amazing help. Made it simple and easy. No questions really needed to be asked because all was answered throughout the process. Didn't feel like I was being pushed to buy the products either. Highly recommended this location. Easy to find, plus near lots of places to eat if you're done loading/unloading your stuff.

Coming from out of state, my storage center where I have currently have my stuff stored, was bought by Public Storage. I needed to change some of my info amongst other things. After talking with customer service I was given the location of some of their facilities in the area. I chose this facility since it was the closest and was not disappointed. The facility was clean and the staff courteous and very helpful. A BIG shout out to Shannan who was a big help in quickly and effortlessly helping with my problem. Great experience.

Courteous, friendly, quick and efficient

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The facility is well maintained. There are however two big challenges. One is the inside location of the keypad makes it almost impossible to use from car. The other is the accessibility timeframe is too short/early. I work long shifts and don't get home until 8-9 so a gate lock time of midnight would be helpful.

We spoke to the manager before we arrived and scheduled a time she would meet us. She was available and took us to view the available spaces. We chose the first one she showed us and then walked back to the office and quickly filled out the paperwork. A great experience and would highly recommend to anyone looking for offsite storage.
