Public Storage - San Antonio - 15267 Huebner Road

This was exactly what we needed for our dorm move out. It was convenient to location and the ability to everything online and over the phone was a huge relief since we do not live in the area. I would highly recommend and will definitely be using again throughout the college journey.

The check in online was super easy. The customer service representative that called to confirm was very helpful with my questions. There was an issue with the lock purchase and that was taken care of right away. The facility was perfect for my needs and location. I would definitely recommend to others and use again.

A really safe, accessible, and friendly location. I liked the $1 first month special and also that the temperature control was working well and the facility seemed secure. They immediately got me into the system and I liked the personalized gate code greeting. I also thought it was convenient to have quality and pretty competitively-priced moving supplies on site. AJ and Martin provided great customer service.

Priced right, convenient, secure, clean, available carts and large elevator makes leasing an upper level unit with little inconvenience. 10x30 with access on both ends is ideal for separating household & garage-outdoors items. Mgmt. understands the storage business and client needs.

I had a fantastic experience today at public storage located at 15267 Huebner Rd., Danyelle was the sales associate and was extremely knowledgeable and professional. She knew what I needed without measurements or photos. She is Exactly what you look for in a sales associate and was far above any of the other 5 sales associates at the other storage facilities I visited today. She was able to meet my price and actually beat the lowest price in town. If you are looking for a storage facility I would highly recommend public storage and especially Danyelle.

This was the first time I have rented a storage unit. Melissa and Danielle were very helpful, explained everything and helped me select the right unit. I really appreciate their help.

I am very satisfied with Public Storage, everyone was very kind d and made it easy for me. I'm disabled and ill the reps took much of the stress from me which I greatly appreciate! Suggestion restrooms could be kept warm during cold days and a cleaner.

Good quick and simple

I like the location and staff. The storage facility is clean and bright and appears safe. We will be moving to a bigger unit after we sell our home and the partial rent transfers completely.

HAVE NEVER BEEN TO STORAGE SITE WHERE THE DUMPSTER WAS UNLOCKED. I WAS TOLD INITIALLY THAT IT WAS AVAILABLE TO RENTERS...SUBSEQUENT TO THAT (BY ANOTHER AGENT) I WAS TOLD THAT THE DUMPSTER WAS NOT FOR THE RENTERS. A LITTLE CONFUSED?????
