everything was ready to go with a lock inside the unit for us to check in at our convenience after we booked everything on line. Super easy to use and the unit is just what we needed.

Easy to reserve and friendly staff

My experience with Public Storage was great. I wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t able go up there the day I talked with them, but the unit I needed they put it on hold for me and allowed me to set up a time to go in. Once I went in the guy(sorry forgot his name) answered all my question. He knew the size I needed and the fact they have an elevator for the second floor units was fantastic. The most important to me of all was the fact you have to have your access code to get in or out or you can down load the app. and use your smart phone for access. I wish you could give them more than 5 stars because I would give them 100 stars. Thanks for making this experience great for me.

I was able to reserve the unit without talking to or seeing a single human. I can also open the gate to enter the facility using just my phone - no need to punch in a code at a keypad. The unit was clean and easy to access. An employee named Kathy I believe called me to make sure I knew exactly how to move in. She was very professional and friendly. I recommend this place.

Really nice place and awesome workers

They don't tell you when you make the reservation online that you are required to purchase rental insurance. So the actual deposit they quote you over the phone is totally wrong!

Management was so friendly and really made my move so much easier. She went above and beyond to accommodate my needs for a climate controles unit. Also, made it easy for us to be able to park our trailer close to unload and store. The price was great! I am so thankful and will be choosing public storage for all my future storage needs.

The ladies were quick and efficient. They also showed me additional locations where I could rent a storage unit for different prices...trying to help me get the best deal. Very impressed with the office staff. The place looks secure and I have had no issues with the gates or locks, etc. I would recommend this location to others.

Very easy quick and efficient

My experience was great. I had to go alone and usually my husband handles these types of things. But mike was really patient and explained everything to me ...he was very polite and had a great personality..even patient with my energetic son!

Cathy is always kind and most helpful. She will look to find the best solution for your storage needs.

Adequate facility, friendly staff, but questionable neighborhood...thugs like to steal the dollies/carts making it very inconvenient when said items are not available for use. Also watch leaving your vehicle or any belongings unattended....all I'm saying.

Customer service was great... would recommend to family or friends! Two workers i believe there names were cathy n sammi were of great help n courteous.

Sammii is the friendliest and most understanding person I have dealt with in a long time. Not only making sure we had the move in special, but willing to extend the access hours to help us move all of our things in.

Great storage

The attendant (a substitute sitting in for the regular attendant) was courteous and well-informed about the terms and conditions. He carefully explained every detail about the contract. He showed me the room I wanted and answered all my questions completely. He was just great!

Great in all instances

The Public Storage on NE Loop 410 is a very nice, clean facility. I really like the fact there are lights in the rooms. Access is easy, I just hope it doesn't rain when I have to enter the code. If that's the only concern, I have no worries. The managers are great and accessible and very willing to help.

Cathy is very knowledgeable and friendly. The units are clean and affordable and organized. And the fact that it is close by is very convenient, overall I had a great experience and would recommend it :)

Great experience renting. The on site manager of this facility (1938 NE Loop 410 San Antonio, TX 78217) is outstanding: friendly, courteous, very responsive. He even called me as I was filling out an on-line application to his facility! The manager at this facility deserves recognition for his great attitude and a true understanding of customer service
