Felt slightly missed led by the picture on the website. I thought I was getting a much nicer unit. I though I saw the unit was claimant controlled but that wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t the case. Also the unit stinks of cat/dog urine. The gentlemen that process the order was very and easy to talk to. At first I felt like I was a hassle to him for showing me the unit before I purchased said unit. But it was also 9:30 on a Saturday and I know I hate working on weekends so I can relate.

Could not have made it any easier. Showed us different units so we could decide what size we needed.

Rented from Public Storage in the past, I had no issues then so I decided to rent from them again.

Best place to store your things, great customer service and your valuables will always be protected.

My first experience with P S was an enjoyable one. The manager Cande was very informative, he explained all my options and policies and was welcomed with any question I had or if I needed further explanation. My only regret is that they didn't offer any discounts for military veterans or senior citizens!!! You had to be active duty!!!

I wish I could rate this higher BC the manager Jimmy is excellent and helps us any way he can. The place is always clean and he always helpful. But my husband have rented for years and they raise our rate EVERY YEAR instead of treating me like loyal customer. I asked to lower rent but they said no. Insulation in my roof is falling but it seem like they never fix anything even though they keep raising my renta. We got water in our stuff to but they said us they wouldn't cover it.

The manager who helped me was very helpful, I signed up online and the next day there was a new special. He called to let me know that way I could get the best deal.

When I couldnt fnd a storage you had a vacancy! Your staff maintains a clean facility and a friendly attitude! I have no complaints!
