Public Storage - San Antonio - 2606 Thousand Oaks Dr

There was no one in the office to help us check in. The time was 5:30 PM. Only one elevator was working and there was someone else wanting to us it. We were both on the second floor. This delayed us from putting our belongings in the unit. I was told that this problem has been the same for months. Not a good start.

Had looked at 3 other facilities and this location was my last stop. I was very impressed with the cleanliness, security and helpful employees! The process took less than 15 minutes, the units are easily accessible. I really appreciate Adriannaﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s professionalism and expertise!

I spoke to Jeff on the phone and he was very professional and informative. When we went in and looked at the unit, Isaac was also professional and helpful. He made the entire process super easy and stress free. Which is what I need. Thank you for a positive experience! O! Also very happy with the covid 19 protocols with face masks and closure of public bathrooms. Much safer that way.
