All was ok except I was charged $10.20 for renting when I did (2/28) & thought I had to play monthly on the 28th. Not a big deal but probably should've been made clear.

Everything was as expected in the actual storage unit, however, the gate is very dangerous due to it being so close to the street. Also, this location does not have a drive up key pad but does on the inside when you exit. It doesn't make sense. If more than one persons are trying to get in, the line has to stay in the median before turning in. This was the only downfall to this location, but enough for my family and I to use a different location in the future if needed. Sincerely, Jaclyn Cervantes

customer service did not deliver as planned. businesses and customer(s) commit to a date down to the hour and you did not meet me half way. customers have things to do, people to meet, places to go and when your place is not prepared and ready to deliver it cost my time my plans and a domino effect. 4stars for understanding 5stars for effort

Public Storage offers $1 move in but you won't get it, the management is horrible. the custonmer service ppl on the phone called me a liar on what the weekend mng helpd me with ---nice place, clean & safe. Only good thing is the weekend mng & regional manager! Although my experience has not be good, those two managers make up for it.
