First time getting a storage and it couldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t have been easier. I did everything online and was fast and simple. After online paperwork the staff gave me a call to confirm everything and welcome me which was very kind. Overall I recommend this place to everyone needing a storage.

Rented a 10X20 nowhere did I read that said a 26ft uhaul would not fit thru any of the middle rows where the stall is. Big trucks can only fit thru the outer isles. You should note that in your listings.

Friendly and inexpensive

Joaquin @ front desk was amazing ?? He was very professional and informative of company expectations and made sure I understood contract agreement, nightly gate closures, and personally accompanied me to the unit to inspect and show me how to properly lock the unit after each use. This although seems like nothing to be excited about... is a BIG deal to me, with most employees now days doing bare minimum or distracted with cell phones. I will continue my business here only because the front desk agent Joaquin made my experience so pleasant ??

My college shut down for the rest of the semester for COVID-19, and this was such an easy process in the midst of the chaos! Rick was such a huge help! The storage is to the outside, so Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m a bit worried about moisture levels because San Antonio can get pretty hot and humid. That being said, the whole process was amazing, and the unit was cheaper than the other storage units I looked at.

Place is great, employees are great, i just wish the hours would be open later because my work schedule. It's really hard to get to my things because of the hours i work.

The receptionist was really sweet and personable. Renting a storage unit from Public Storage was an easy and friendly process.

Overall it has been a great experience. Fast easy reservation and the young lady at the property was friendly and took care of us quickly. The only concern I have is because they are renovating the property there was a small tractor or folklift parked in an area that made it difficult for us to get our Uhaul out. We spent about 30-45 minutes roaming down the isles just trying to leave. It was actually pretty funny after the fact!

For the quality and price, this place was clean and efficient in handling business. Even though one digit was missed from my gate code, it was fixed immediately with no hassle. For anyone looking at this review, know that you can get a great storage for a great price comparable to their other locations.

My storage unit was rather dusty, mostly dirt on the floor Adjacent to the door openings. Very dusty, small screws on the floor, and some rat pellets still in an old package. No friction. The site manager is very nice. Maybe just a little more follow through before renting out a unit, check for cleanliness.

Had to transfer a reservation from another location. Manager was very friendly, and helped me right away with no issues. Awesome customer service.

I was in a very difficult situation personally and wasn't in the mood for unpleasant service but from the time i walked in until i left the clerk showed genuine hospitality and i walked out happy and most of all a future customer.

Staff is very helpful, facility is well maintained.

The staff at my location are great!!! I just moved in and the experience was enjoyable. They were very knowledgeable, so far so good. Ask me again after a few months...
