Public Storage - San Antonio - 4714 Vance Jackson Rd

Had a reservation scheduled for noon today. Was there an hour early. Waited an hour for someone to show up (door locked, lights off). Finally called Public Storage corporate customer service. Was informed that the location was closed today, that sometimes it happens, and that they can't be expected to call "everyone with a reservation" despite the fact that I was the only one there.

Christine was pretty knowledgeable about all questions I had. Coming up to building and seeing a nice clean environment, makes me feel pretty good. Felt safe known that you need a code to get into facility. Even better need code to get into building. Like the carts to move sofa and things. The A/C storage area is awesome. Like the auto on/off of lights in building.

I Recommened this storage to a friend

Great location and cleaniness of facility is beyond expectations. Only downfall is that we can never find the carts on the floors for use.

The woman who helped me get everything was very friendly and worked to find me a unit that was on a level floor which was very nice of her, since she could have gotten me anything and left it at that.

I have two different units at different locations. One is a 5'x10' outdoor8 unit in an inner hallway, the other is a 10'x10' indoor climate controlled unit. Both are very nice and the properties are well maintained, the staff is polite and very helpful and provide excellent customer service.
