Easy to work with and friendly staff

The office Attendant was a bit talkative. I didn't care for all her personal information & history, she provided. I don't mind a few pleasantries, but she went over board. I was there to rent a unit and the process is a bit lengthy, as it is. I found a lot of my time was wasted on unnecessary chatter.

Excellent customer service. Great storage options for the price.

Gina was extremely helping I would definitely recommend this location on Nogalitos and Zarzamora to anyone looking to rent storage space.

When i went in the lady at the front desk was so polite and friendly . i had no trouble in understanding her or even getting her to show me the unit before hand . if i needed to go back in the future i would definitely go back or even recommmend this place to family and friends .

This is my first time ever using a storage unit, and I'm glad my first choice was a great choice! I had the pleasure of meeting Ms. Gina and she was awesome, very nice and professional! She knew exactly what I needed and everything worked out great! I highly recommend this public storage, I know if I need it again in the near future I'll definitely be becoming back!

I have partnered with this Public Storage since Dec 2015 and their service has been awesome. Their online access makes it easy for payments and to look up info. When I call in, phone is answered promptly and with exceptional customer service. Gina is fantastic! She is a pleasure to speak to. This location truly feels like extended family. I feel buying insurance for ones belongings should be up to the customer if they want to protect there belongings. If they don't care to they should not be forced to buy insurance .

Grear experience with staff and very clean storage. Need to get better lighting for some areas. Very dark at night. But I am very happy with the facility and pricing.
