Average storage site, seems a bit expensive, good customer service though.

I have had nothing but trouble since I rented in March. First they canceled my reservation. So I had to pay $42 more a month , then the raised my rent in July. Then the faculty is poorly maintained. Gate is broken often. Drain pipes missing for 8 months and this week the gate has been open and unsecured for 10 days. Talked to management and nothing ever.

I have never rented a unit before. When I went looking I found 2 unit with different price due to location. On move in day I learned my reservation got canceled. I was angry, but this location so so convenient I went looking for a unit there again the next day. The price that was originally in my budget now was a smaller size. But I did e rental so that I would not be canceled again. When I went to move in and look at the unit I realized this was not going to work for me and I needed a larger size. Jeanette was great, she did everything she could and it was complicated to get me into a larger unit.

Everything was great, but I didn't like having to purchase insurance. That should be disclosed online as part of the cost instead of being a surprise add on at move in time.

I HAD EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM BOTH TOM AND ALEX WHEN I SPOKE TO TOM ABOUT HOW TO RENT A STORAGE ROOM HE MADE SURE I KNEW EVERYTHING FROM THE COST TO WHEN I NEED TO GIVE MY NOTICE TO VACATE THE STORAGE ROOM. WHEN I SHOWED UP ON SUNDAY ALEX WAS GREAT HE MADE SURE I KNEW HOW MUCH TO PAY, AND HE MADE SURE I KNEW MY GATE CODE AND HOW LOCK AND UNLOCK MY STORAGE DOOR. YOU SHOULD BE VERY PROUD TO HAVE TWO EXCELLENT EMPLOYEES WORKING FOR YOUR COMPANY

This is my 2nd time using Public Storage, and again I am pleased. Alex at this location gives 5-star service. After showing him pictures of what I would store, together we decided I should rent a bigger unit and I am glad I did. And because I booked online Alex gave me the online rate when I upgraded at the office. I had considered renting a 2nd smaller unit, too, if the first was too small. Alex let me know I save money by renting one larger unit rather than two smaller ones. Thanks Alex!

Hello, My first visit at the store was on a very hectic day for me. Upon my arrival I met Tom. His cheerful greeting calmed me immediately. He saw that I was a bit frustrated and gracefully calmed me enough to ensure I understood all the information about my rental and its interity. Oh, I failed to mention that I arrived to the store a few moments before closing, not once did I feel rushed, Tom treated me as if I was his 1st customer of the day. Long story short, I entered the store with a frown and Tom had me leaving with laughter and a smile. By the time I left the store I no longer thought about my frustrated day. Tom also gave a coutesy call about my rental with the same enthusiasm he showed when I made the purchase. Although this is Tom's natural customer service skills, he made me feel as if he remembered me. It is rare you recieve such generousity and great customer service these days such as what Tom portrayed. I hardly ever respond to surveys but It is an honor to do so now. Thank you, Ms. Berry

The location is the reason I picked this location. It is on my way home from work. The associate was very helpful and extremely nice. He even looked a few other places to see if there was a better rate elsewhere in the city. The price is not bad either.
