Public Storage - San Antonio - 600 W Sunset Road

Everything went well except for the need to speak to the manger, which was /is very difficult. Also having difficulty with the PS App and can't seem to get help with it. Otherwise, all is good.

Easy access, clean facility, my only issue is they close the access into the storage at 9 pm. Other than that, they were easy to sign up, and very efficient.

Monique was so helpful when I moved in! It was so hot that day, she was so kind enough to grab me a cold water. She answered any questions that I had and help me keep the rate I received the night before I moved everything in!! She was awesome!

Karina, who assisted us in obtaining the storage unit was very friendly, polite, and professional. She was very thorough in explaining everything. We found the facility to be very clean and well kept. Also, security is very important and it appears that they have everything in place to help protect your belongings.

Manager was very helpful and the whole process took only minutes. Great company!

The facility is extremely clean very well managed and very well up keep lots of Le cure DE camors and just all around feel safe

Everything was great. Just disappointed that i did not get the $1 special because i missed my reservation, even though i am sure i could have made another reservation on line and secure the $1 special. Why such a huge difference from the website and going in person?

It was a very good first time experience. I've never rented a storage before, but I am so glad I picked Public Storage. I was looking around the area for different options but Public Storage stood out to me based on convenience, security, and professionalism. Customer service was great! Quick, easy, transparent.

The facility is pretty clean and the management has been friendly, courteous, and professional. An added bonus of service's for customers would be the addition of more than 2 carts especially for a 4 story property.

If I could give them 100 stars I would!! Suzie, Phil, Rusty......have all been AMAZING!! I was forced to get a storage under duressing circumstances, but they have made my experience actually so easy and pleasant, I have been here almost 3 years!! Customer service DELUXE!!

If Cathy is working the day you stop by you will get excellent service. If you are there when anyone else there, it will not go well, just being honest. She was professional, extremely helpful and honest! I will recommend you folks if you can guarantee she'll be at the W. Sunset location. Otherwise the man who works there was ignorant and rude and I would not recommend you because of him. She redeemed you.

Quick, easy sign up and getting into the unit. Very convenient in the midst of moving in. Units have very high ceiling/roof ( at least in the interior unit that I'm in), which helps fit even more in, if your items are lightweight and can be stacked. I new to this place but so far so good. My only complaint is the mandatory insurance even though my renters insurance covers storage units as well. I was able to take it off, but it required another trip and changing some paperwork. Still, it didn't keep me from getting started with the unit on the day I needed to.

First, the location is ideal for getting off and on the highway. Second, Rusty was very helpful in every aspect of my experience. Third, the storage sizes are perfect and Rusty helped in choosing the right size. I also like the units are climate controlled

We had unpleasant experiences in the past with former management. Now with Monday in charge our faith in Public Storage has been restored. We will recommend Public Storage to friends and associates! Dr. Marilyn Wilhelm
