Easy quick check in and contact less. Did everything online and easy to get my key and find my until. Digital access makes everything so much easier too

If I could make one suggestion, I have a full-size suburban, and it was very tight to back into my unit. Perhaps they could have given me one on the outside that wouldﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve made it much easier to access.

I would recommend this storage facility to all my family and friends.

I arrived an hour late to my scheduled appointment but the front lady was still kind and very helpful throughout the process. It was my first time ever getting a storage and she did a great job explaining everything thoroughly to me. Showed me the unit before payment and made sure I was satisfied with the storage. I also like their guidlines they have in place regarding this whole Covid-19.

Hours are not logical at 9:00 pm life doesnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t stop there should be option to jab 24 hr access.

The only negative thing I will comment on is that the first month rent was not actually free. After prorate and 25.00 fee and 15.00 insurance. It became 94.00 for the first month rent. The unit was discounted less than other units, but They charge 15.00 for renters insurance.

claudia was and still is an amazing person to work work with i got 3 units because i like dealing with her , she is professional and follows thru on what she says and that means a lot to me , look forward to getting 4 more units.

Management was awesome, very helpful and informative. Had a great experience here loading up, but a camera at the gate at the least would put my mind at ease

I have used Public Storage before and this visit was no different that I expected. I was greeted with a very friendly person, taken to the unit for my inspection. I rented the unit and know that I will be totally satisfied with my service.

We went at 8:30pm to drop off things and there was no lights at our unit.
