Always somebody who can help you if you needed something

I was having trouble getting in to facility because of construction to office being worked on so nobody was on site to help. I called the number there and the gentleman was very patient and helpful and stayed with me on the line while I went through my phone to get information, I never felt rushed by him either. The day was ugly, drizzling rain so I am glad I had his help. I got in, and the place was nice and orderly and impressive.

Nice unit, contact less check in confusing as they put a big plastic lock on unit door telling you to see management, management just tells you pull it off and break it.

Wonderfully clean and very well managed. I appreciate the on-site manager always remembering me. It's easy to access off Bandera road and it feels very secure.

Great experience and price

The gentleman who assisted me was very thorough and efficient. He was able to go through a lengthy and detailed process, expeditiously. As I was on an already tight schedule, this was greatly appreciated. Facility is clean and the layout makes it easy to maneuver the largest U-Haul. Very pleased with everything and would highly recommend.

I just rented the space and have yet to move anything into it, but the people were very helpful to get a proper size. They did not try to jam additional costs down my throat, and actually may have saved me a few dollars

This has been a truly pleasant first-time renting experience for me. Cheri on Bandera Road in Leon Valley was quite friendly, thorough, and very professional. She explained everything I needed to know and answered all my questions patiently. I highly recommend using this facility for anyone's future storage needs!

Overall satisfied with customer service. The only thing is that the deal of one dollar a month should apply to more than one storage unit, as I continue to rent more units for more than one or two months and do not think a fair practice of providing this deal to only the first unit. I am currently looking to rent other storage units at a lower price.

The facility is just fine. My problem has been the constant rate increase! I'm moving out now only because they have once again sent an increase notice. Now up to $246 a month. Unheard of!

IM REALLY LIKE MY SPACE AND HOW EASY IT IS TO GET TO MY STORAGE AND OUT . HASLE FREE NO FUSS OR NO TIME WASTED GET TO MY THINGS AND BACK ON THE ROAD.

I was there last Saturday (4/2/16) as another location was out of the size storage unit I needed. Both ladies at the counter greeted me with warm smiles and were super helpful. They had me taken care of and on my way in no time. Great experience! I highly recommend this location (Louetta & Halzworth) to everyone.

i had an empty box & did not see a dumpster. i finally found one, it was all the way up front by the office, and it was locked. it was not a recycle one. these days there's at least a regular dumpster and a recycle dumpster for customer usage. but not any at all ? lol i was a previous storage cust at this location years ago, & they had a FEW dumpsters. i just think it's odd not to hav access to even ONE dumpster? and frankly, i will find another location w dumpster access next time. the manager sais he ends up having everyone use them. so? ... the trucks will come empty them. are you guys that cheap? we pay alot for our storage fees. that is one less advantage. plus he made us buy a certain type of lock, (even tho i had my own lrg disc padlock) AND made us buy insurance. the sales guy on the phone did not tell me about mandatory ins & mandatory special lock AND talked me into spending more for a larger unit than i originally wanted to spend. So now instead of $99. comes to $135. incl ins. plus the seperate cost of the lock! i should hav done my research. then he (the manager) asked me hurridly what the contents of my storage were? and wrote it down! without telling me why. of course i did not tell him about alot of stuff, valuable stuff, but shouldnt that be between me & the ins co.? why was HE (manager) asking me what i had in there? anyway, next time at diffrent location i will ask these q's 1st. i also asked the manager how many times have the units been broken into, and he avoided answering that question. But i did have a few compliments as well: the place is very clean, he gave me a lighted unit, he was curteous, they had alot supplies i needed & bought, the access gate is easy to use, he set up internet bill pay for me, and they were all very curteous and professional, so i hav nothing against the people, just the hidden costs suprises at the last moment. that's all. just wanted to be honest w my opinion. times are diffrent now. sometimes business is done so diffrent than it was in the past. okay, ty hav good day. bye
