The only problem I had was with the app not working correctly. Anytime I tried to use the app to access the gate it just got stuck in a loading screen and then eventually kicked me off the app.

Everyone helped me a lot with my decision. David at Blanco Rd storage helped me out to find the right storage for me, even he doesn't have that size in that location. He sent me to 281 and Sunset Rd, and Tom was the best guy ever. He helped me out and the process was amazingly easy. He explained me everything and the storage size is the right for me. Tom and David worked as a team to help me out. That's the best in any company.
