Public Storage - San Antonio - 7234 Blanco Road

The only problem I had was with the app not working correctly. Anytime I tried to use the app to access the gate it just got stuck in a loading screen and then eventually kicked me off the app.

Gabby, one of the managers was professional and informative.

Very unfortunate I couldn't stay long but the experience was great. Everyone was very friendly, informative and helpful.

David was fantastic, great attitude and very professional. The location seems very secured, the security measures they have made feel at ease with storing here.

Everyone helped me a lot with my decision. David at Blanco Rd storage helped me out to find the right storage for me, even he doesn't have that size in that location. He sent me to 281 and Sunset Rd, and Tom was the best guy ever. He helped me out and the process was amazingly easy. He explained me everything and the storage size is the right for me. Tom and David worked as a team to help me out. That's the best in any company.

Spoke with walker she was very friendly the office was nice and found the perfect unit for me

Robert was very helpful in helping me to get the most space for the money. He showed wonderful professionalism even in the cold conditions showing me the unit with my needs of his concern. Additionally I was impressed with how he took the time to go back out a second time to show me how to operate the slider on the door so I could lock the unit.
