On-site employees were great. Kassandra helped a lot. Your boxes are too expensive. And e-checkin/rental was not available and very annoying when I was not available to go to the location and purchase the unit until the day of my move.

The woman helping me was very helpful and friendly. I was disappointed when I arrived to hear of other charges I was not aware of from looking online (such as insurance).

Excellent job and affordable

The woman at the desk, do not remember her name, was very friendly and knowledgeable and took care of me quickly! Just what I needed! Everything is fool proof and a good rate for the space! The only thing I would otherwise mention is the spider webs or dust and ants around the doors of my unit, but hey itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s outside itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s going to happen.

the service was good, the only problem was on my reservation i was quoted a price and when I showed up you charged me a higher amount... i submitted copies of reservation but no has called me back.

I was having a rough day. Went into the office to rent a unit and there was Cindy. She is amazing! She made a rough day a lot less difficult! She is a keeper! You are lucky to have her!

The price, location, and upkeep of the property were selling points. The staff was awesome! The reason I gave four, instead of five stars were the hill the units sit on & no unit light.

We were able to fit everything and still have space. No problems at all and our items are insured for a reasonable rate?

I was looking into where to store my stuff. (We moved from another state). I found public storage and everything went well. It's reasonably priced. (I shopped around before making a decision). Everything was thoroughly explained and the service provided by the employee was excellent. Would recommend public storage, and this location.
