On-site employees were great. Kassandra helped a lot. Your boxes are too expensive. And e-checkin/rental was not available and very annoying when I was not available to go to the location and purchase the unit until the day of my move.

The woman at the desk, do not remember her name, was very friendly and knowledgeable and took care of me quickly! Just what I needed! Everything is fool proof and a good rate for the space! The only thing I would otherwise mention is the spider webs or dust and ants around the doors of my unit, but hey it’s outside it’s going to happen.

I was looking into where to store my stuff. (We moved from another state). I found public storage and everything went well. It's reasonably priced. (I shopped around before making a decision). Everything was thoroughly explained and the service provided by the employee was excellent. Would recommend public storage, and this location.
