Overall happy and everything worked out. However, they need better communication from the start. I called before I reserved the first unit to ensure it existed and was what I wanted. It was the day before I was supposed to move in that I received a call that unit never existed. I was also told by the manager that even though a unit was reserved online they couldn't promise it would be there at the online price when I got there if I didn't pay online. There was no option to pay and the manager couldn't help. Customer service was very helpful and I was able to secure the unit, but it was much smaller that I originally reserved.

Customer services is great....wonderful people working here....price are kinda high but they do have discounts that help... probably benefit you to buy your own key cause they charge like 25 for key, when I think they should come with unit

A bit pricey, but for what I need, it does the job.

When I came in for a storage I believe his name was Anthony he did all he could to get me a storage when I left there I had a storage.

I felt very welcomed here. Good advise was provided. Everything was explained thoroughly.

I never worry about my belongings that are stored there. I know they are secure and I have no issue leaving things that are important to me. The security is wonderful and the staff is very helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Twice I have been locked inside the storage unit and could not get out. It is early in the morning and trying to get supplies from my unit and the key pad would not let me out of the gate. This is a problem when on the way to work and employees are waiting.
