I was very impressed with the speed and ease with renting my unit. I was disappointed that I have way too much stuff and it did not fit all of it. Second the use of a truck is only of one, first come basis, and i was not told that only the primary person can use it- and i put my son as the second person because I don't have a license. I would not have sent my son at 7:30 in the morning- and the truck sat all day- and i really needed it due to the rain. But otherwise very good!

The prices are pretty decent. The staff are friendly and helpful. I reserved a unit...but need a larger one. I had no issues with upgrading as long as there was a unit available. Some units may have a little cosmetic damage on the inside...everything else seemed up to code..
