Olaf was absolutely amazing from the very first call to inquire about renting a space. He took the time to answer all of my questions, provided a thorough tour of the building, and was polite, professional, and patient throughout the process. The facility itself is clean, secure, and located in a nice area. Highly recommend!

Olaf was very friendly, gave a very specific tour, and was to the point! We didn't have to waste any time looking for things ourselves as everything was clearly marked, and Olaf answered all our questions!

Very helpful and informative staff. The price for our unit is reasonable but accessible by the outside public. Raises the risk of theft in my eyes but satisfied to this point.

i was moving from houston to new braunfels and needed a storage unit. this storage unit was the only one who was able to accomodate me with the features i wanted. so i made the online reservation for my unit. upon moving day, i ran into nothing but problems. from loading in houston to the drive to new braunfels, i was running behind. i moved on a friday and managed to find myself in rush hour traffic coming into shertz. i called the manager just to verify where it was located and let him know i was close. i was trapped in a parking lot on 35 and crawling. i called and let him know my situation and told him i should be there right at closing time, which was 530pm. well at 530, i was still a couple exits away from the storage place and called him back to let him know and he assured me he was not leaving until i made it there. i pulled in the parking lot at 557pm. i felt bad making him wait just for me, especially on a friday. i was expecting to be rushed through. i got the complete opposite. he was very friendly and understanding. he took the extra time to explain everything to me. he went over all the paperwork, gave me a tour of the facility, and took me to see the unit i reserved to make sure it was big enough for my stuff. he was extremely professional and friendly. he gave me extra access to the building for the night so i didnt have to rush unloading my uhaul. i got the customer service that you just dont find anymore. the higher price is worth every penny. the facility is very clean, staff is great and very helpful. security is top notch. highly recommend this business.
