The gentlemen over the phone was very nice & made the process of renting a unit really easy. The facility is very clean, and they have moving carts available if you're in the climate controlled building.

Extra Space Storage is centrally located in San Marcos to multiple surrounding towns. I found all Staff to be very helpful, and present at all buildings to assist with any questions you may have. The Storage Unit was an indoor unit, climate controlled, at an excellent price. The facility and storage unit was clean and ready for occupancy for my storage needs. Thank you Extra Space Storage!

The storage facility was very nice and located in a good area. Customer service was tremendous and carts are located at the entrance to help move your stuff in. Their insurance is on the pricier side, however you can always vouch to use your own insurance. Pretty good experience for me thus far.

Very good experience. The lady at the counter was very nice and helpful. She explained everything, verified the size of the space we needed, then led us to our unit. Unit very clean, the air conditioning is a plus and we were able to store everything with room to spare!
